The U.S. Brewers Cup celebrates the art and craft of manual coffee brewing. Competitors showcase their skills in two rounds: an open service where they choose their own coffee and method, and a compulsory round using a provided coffee. Judges evaluate aroma, flavor, aftertaste, and overall impression.
