About This Competition

The U.S. Roaster Championship tests roasting skill, knowledge, and creativity. Hosted by RoasTronix at our Houston headquarters, competitors roast on Stronghold equipment and are evaluated on cupping quality, consistency, and their ability to bring out the best in their chosen green coffees. The winner represents the U.S. at the World Coffee Roasting Championship.
